Uncle Boons blows the roof off of NYC Thai food, and earns a 2015 Michelin Star for their efforts! With Per Se vets Matt Danzer and Ann Redding (who enjoy working together so much they married) have put together a consist, succulent menu, avoiding trends and fads.

Wood paneling, adorned with vintage Thai movie posters provide cozy atmosphere to enjoy delicious Green Curry Snails, expertly prepared Frogs Leg and a Lamb Laab. Food is not for the faint of heart, as the full weight of Thai flavors and powerful chills are applied to many dishes. Fear not, beer slushys are the perfect antidote, and are a surprisingly perfect complement to the meal.
