especially if you drive in from NJ, CT or upstate you are warned about those street-cleaning regulations. Usually you have to move your car twice a week for 90 minutes or once a week for 90 minutes or 2 to 3 hours. Ask the people parked on that street what their strategies are. Some people are very possessive of their "free" parking spot, especially if it's in front of or near their residence!
