One of the best in the city

I would definately recommend this place for anyone visiting New York, going out for a special or romantic evening, throwing a medium sized party (the place would be great to rent if they would accomodate), and for New Yorkers to add to your list of regulars. The menu is set plus nightly specials, but the food is perfected. The cuisine is Latin American; the place has a very Cuban feel to me. They specialize in tapas: small plates of food, so you can order an array of dishes instead of just one thing; or you can order a straight entree.
