Your experience at Cafeteria depends entirely on the time of day you go and the mood of your server. While the servers are usually upbeat, if you get one who is having a bad day or busy, forget about having a great experience. Breakfasts are delicious, although if you arrive too early you'll have to smell and hear the floors being polished. Lunch is usually in order, though arrive early before the crowd shows up.
