Mario Batali's Fine Achievement

Babbo, the acclaimed restaurant by Mario Batali's & Joe Bastianich is a fine, fine Italian restaurant. I have never been to Italy, but of all the Italian restaurants I have tried, high and low class, this by far beats them all out. As for quality of food, atmosphere, and the feeling the food evoked, that of a true Italian restaurant, was undeniable. Of the many things I have ordered there, one of my favorites, and one of the simplest is the Spaghettini.
