up, up and away!
Pros: terrific exhibits
Cons: definitely off the beaten track
New York has been the historical home of the greatest percentage of famous and record-height-breaking skyscrapers in the past century. What's so interesting about this place is the chronology of how New York gained its title, then lost it, then regained it, then again lost it. While Asia might build the world's tallest in the early years of this new century, New York nevertheless still has its well-deserved historical records--and this museum gives great insights into the skyscrapers of New York.
