great location for Theatre--uber modern decor, easily the tiniest hotel room I've stayed in, but the price was great--are these complainers used to NYC prices? We laughed out loud when we first spied the room, so tiny---happy hour in the bar was a deal. We had good luck with the desk staff and the front door staff too.

anyone who thinks the paramount is a great place to stay or even an okay place to stay should not be allowed on the streets without an attendant. i have stayed at quite a number of nyc hotels; this is by far the worst. extremely tiny rooms, air conditioning that doesn't work & the trade off was an even tinier room. terrible sevice by everyone, filthy furniture upholstery; extremely overpriced drinks. i can't think of one good thing about this place; oh, wait, checking out was sublime. don't stay here, nyc has too many great hotels to offer. this is a dump.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The air conditioning did not work in our room so we were given a much smaller room which despite my protests to the manager we were unable to change. A friend came to dine with us & found a large shard of glass in her salad. Management offered to replace the salad only saying quote "sometimes people find bugs in their salad, we can't control everything!" an after dinner drink cost me $18.00! This place is owned & run by middle eastern people who behave in a very sketchy manner. We were extremely uncomfortable for our entire stay. Do not stay here.

I brought my mom (in a wheelchair) to NYC for a trip of a lifetime.  Beds were almost to the floor and I have never seen such tiny rooms. No ice or drink machines available, had to ask for an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. When I complained about the low beds, they made no effort to assist me or offer to waive the cancellation fee.  Doormen were never there when I needed them. The final straw was when I asked to check out at 2:00 so that my mom could rest before getting on the plane, they would not allow it unless I paid $100.  Biggest disappointment I've ever had in NYC.
