It will dump you in a neighborhood miles from your final destination, and in a very uncomfortable neighborhood for me at that. You want to take the A train to 190th or, better yet, the city bus. The Cloisters are unique in North America, and the world-famous Unicorn tapestries alone are worth the visit. But give yourself plenty of time to enjoy the medieval gardens, armor, The Treasury, and myriad other splendid works of art.
