the granddaddy of them all

Central Park is an extraordinary public space, used by tens of thousands of New Yorkers and tourists weekly. From the Christo "Gates" to the free Shakespeare in summer, from winter ice skating to summerstage, there is always something going on in this amazing place. Tip: the northern part is seldom visited.
