Le Du's Wines

600 Washington Street

Named after Jean-Luc Le Dû, the highly regarded and one time Head Sommelier of Daniel's Boulud's culinary empire, Le Dû Wines is indeed a formidable addition to the city's wine scene. Well thought out and designed to appeal to casual wine drinkers and collectors alike, this West Village wine shop is also visually scrumptious.

In-store seminars, special "gift-packs", a wine club and a win blog keep Le Dû's up to speed with some of the larger and longer-lived wine shops in the city.

If you live in the Village, you can pop in and check out the scene whenever you get a chance.

For visitors, checks the store's calendar to see if you can luck into a seminar or tasting.

Open 7 Days - Monday to Saturday from 11am to 9pm and Sunday from 1pm to 7pm.
