@Ask_Spectrum Spent 45 minutes on phone trying to resolve this in a reasonable manner. It’s sad that spectrum is so hurtful to the very customers who pay its bills February 01, 2021
@Ask_Spectrum Also, we have been paying for 1 year with no business but your company doesn’t care. They just read rules and say I can disconnect but then I will need to pay a bunch of fees to reconnect. #killingsmallbusiness February 01, 2021
