@MelissaClark We'd be happy to share more recipes using other flours, but this one was designed for rice flour. April 16, 2020

@MelissaClark We don't recommend it! Oat, buckwheat, and corn flours are possible substitutes but it will change the final taste and texture significantly. If using those substitutes, adding tapioca at 20% of the total flour weight could help. April 16, 2020
