Another stellar effort from Stacey Mehta Lo and her husband chef Salil Mehta who run the well regard Malaysian joint Laut.

Food inspired by long bygone era, the Chinese expat community in Kolkata India - home to Hakka Chinese community for over a century.

For the uninitiated, unique twists on familiar dishes, with Indian spices added to Lo Mein, Ribs and General Tso's Chicken.

A wonderful melange a flavors - one we are loath to declare "fusion" given the long and rich tradition behind the food.
