Cavernous landmark building on Southern tip of Manhattan with unparalleled harbor views and amazing sunsets. Originally housed the city's docks department and later the harbor fire and police.

Ground floor is 28,000 square foot beer hall, with open kitchen, seats about 400 with almost equal number of outdoor seats on decks overlooking the harbor. Nautical themed bar with some nifty old gauges from the buildings past life.

Kitchen provides raw-bar, other seafood specialties and some meat dishes.

Second floor is home to BlackTail A cocktail bar meant to evoke Prohibition era Cuba.

The third floor is an event space.
