A small town is jumpstarted by the arrival of a golden family and their charming influence. Louisa, the beautiful matriarch and her five sons: Brian, the leader, true-blue twins Matthew and Kyle, the vigilant Jeremy, and the endearing Kadin. Sixteen year old Hilary has lived a simple life with her father Danny who struggles with his loneliness but does his best to give her everything. Egged on by her outgoing best friend Ez, Hillary starts falling for middle son Kadin whose direct and winsome ways are irresistible. Once smitten, she is unknowingly pulled into a dark plot that pits her and a group of young girls against an archaic evil.
