The F-Stop Project Exhibition: We Are Queensbridge is a free, open-air photography exhibition in Long Island City, Queens opening October 26.

This incredible exhibition features the photography of more than 60 residents of the Queensbridge Houses in Long Island City, depicting the beauty and vibrancy of their community. The images were curated by award-winning photographer and teaching artist Robin Dahlberg, who taught these residents over the past year. The F-Stop Project is a program of the Josephine Herrick Project, a 78-year old nonprofit that teaches photography as a tool for personal and social change in marginalized communities.

The exhibition will be on display from Oct 26-Nov 21 on the lamp posts along 41st Ave (from 21st St. to Vernon Blvd.) and along the Queensbridge Park fence on Vernon Blvd.

We are kicking things off with an opening reception on Saturday 10/26 from 1-2pm in Queensbridge Park.
