Pathetic Experience - No Rospons for booking return Journey

I bought 2 Open International Ticket's 6 months back of worth $2760 paying Agent Charges also. When I called them to book the return ticket , they said that no ticket is purchased from them and asked me to fax the ticket and telling the things like one of the employee stole the money and my ticket itself might not have been purchased by the employee I dealt with at that time. It shocked me. After looking into fax copy of tickets , no assistance is given and asking more money for processing the return journey. No proper response after several calls.
