I have been working with PCA for a little over a year now and everytime I speak with them I become even more frustrated. The wait times on hold are can be over 20 minutes long and there is no option to be called back or chat live online with someone. Though most of the technicians are very nice many have no idea what they are talking about and often times I would be told there was no way to do something and then figure out a way to do it on my own. Getting intouch with the sales representative is a hassel and you never feel as though you are anyones priority there. There are one or two ver...
