stay away from these con-artists.

went to get my glass fixed, so sorry i did. they lied about the price and disconnected the switches to the door and tried to get me to pay more.

if you like getting screwed then go see the rip-off brothers nick and chris, 'cause once they have you in the shop you ain't leaving until you pay.

Rip off !!! Bait and switch!!

avoid this place like a plague. they WILL rip you off. promised one price when it came time to pay the price went through the roof. broke things and told me that they were broken and that i needed to pay them to have it fixed. STAY AWAY, UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND GETTING RIPPED OFF. GO TO A REAL SHOP.

The worst service ever for windshield change

Visited the business to change a windshield on my Audi
I hate them being sneaky and telling me that price includes taxes and than adding up taxes to my bill.
The price wasn't any better than at the profeccional places
This place is really unprofissional with personal aren't able to do job right. They alsmost screw my mirror and left dirt on the seats.
Plus service is very slow. they were more talking than working

The best service ive ever seen

nicks is incredible... there service is amazing and there prices are great..ive been to nicks 3 times in 3 years in they keep getting quicker and better..i recommend anyone with broken glass to nicks auto glasss.you will leave happy.ime sorry for those who didnt approve nicks auto glass but mayb you were having a bad day cause they are great and always busy as hell..

Unprofessional and piss poor business manners

I was quoted $125 for my windshield and then when I got there the price happen to be $150. Then I was told it’d take about 25-30 minutes for the windshield. They did not say they’d need to order it. If I knew I would have never agree to wait for it. Within 15mins of waiting one of the guys order one of their workers to rip out the windshield. After an hour has passed still no windshield. After 5 ½ hours of waiting (couldn’t leave because I had no windshield I was force to wait) finally the windshield arrived and the install was on its way but the f__kers wanted to charge me an extra $20 f...

Real Professional Place!

So last night someone broke my car window. After the initial shock I looked online for a place to get it fixed. I saw the reviews for Nick's and I was a little little skeptical but they were local so I figured I would at least see if they had what I needed...

The place could not of been more professional, from the lovely girl in the offie who was not only friendly and courteous she was gorgeous as well. The workers were friendly as well all of whom wished me good morning as they came into work...

And the price? They were 50% cheaper then EVERYWHERE else. I hope I never get another windo...

Not an honest business.

I had my side window broken (someone broke into my car to steal a GPS). I called few places and Nicks Autoglass gave me one of the best prices. I went there because it was closest among the places who gave me the same price. They took the car and we went into their office since it was pretty hot outside and the office was air conditioned. When I saw the owner and workers smoke in the office despite their customers being there I already started having my regrets. The glass was not in their stock despite them telling me on the phone it was, so they had to order it. We left the office to go somep...

Excellent Service!

I needed road side assistance and they were there for me on the spot. The employers were fine gentleman, and I  recommended this Auto Glass Comp. to all my family and friends. If your looking for quick, affordable, and high quality you will definitely be happy with Nicks Auto Glass.

awesome place

these guys are awesome...bummed out i went lookin for a place to fix my car window.. they do incredible work. i got there and had my window fixed within 1 hour...and the price was unbelievable!... i sent a couple of my friends there too and they were just as satisfied as i was...this is def the place to go for auto glass...THEY EVEN PAID MY TOLL FOR THE BRIDGE!!

Nick's Auto Glass- Definitely the right place to visit for Auto Glass!

I needed a car window fixed...(duh!)... I started looking around for a shop to fix it. The first thing that drew me to Nicks Auto Glass was the fast phone service. I called them up and they instantly gave me a price and a time frame right over the phone!... I went straight there after having called a few other glass shops around Brooklyn that either told me I had to come in before they could give me a quote, or left me on hold for 10 minutes! The employees at Nick's Auto Glass really know their stuff, and it shows in their work!
