Polite staff, treated with exceptional care and courtesy. Quite understanding and patient. Reassuring. Saw to it best arrangements were made for my personality and desires. Top notch phone service personnel. Intelligent and sophisticated, timely even to a fault. Smooth operation, satisfaction assured. Magical times in exciting city. Ingrid Bergman would not have felt out of place. Enchanting! Not recommended for those on budget, but this is Manhattan after all!
