BEWARE of this establishment

I needed patches sewn onto a service dog vest I had just purchased online. I was having trouble finding a tailor who could or was willing to do it. The fabric is thick and there are pockets, so a normal sewing machine cannot afix the patches on in such a way as to keep the functionality of the pockets.

I happened upon Chelsea Sewing today. The proprietor, Gladys, is so nice. She said she'd charge $25 which I thought was exorbitant, but my back was up against the wall in that I am leaving on Monday. She was willing to do it on the spot and told me to come back in two hours before leav...
