Horrible Customer Service & Shady Business Practices

Contracted Ecstasy Limousine for a birthday party for 10 people. The correct charge came through on our credit card the same month the service was provided - GREAT! Unfortunately, next month, another charge came through on our card which was not authorized. Called Ecstasy to question the additional charge. The customer service agent was very rude and curt. They claimed we authorized the additional charge; we had no record or memory of the charge. I asked Ecstasy to provide me with proof in writing the charge was authorized by us, and they claimed they don't keep these records and they were tur...
