Arrogant, they don't need your business.

I made an appointment early last week. Today (a full week later) I got a call from the gentleman tasked with providing me an estimate who stated in substance that he had a meeting at that time and wouldn't make it.  He went on to say "this is our busy time, maybe I can fit you in sometime next week".

Well Yaboo I hope you stay busy, but treating folks like you do I doubt it'll stay that way.

Thanks Yaboo for treating me like an obstacle
