how simiar our story's are

i purchased a really nice looking car last week. i financed half and paid half in cash.couldnt test drive the car because its packed in a wharehouse. immediatly noticedthe alignment was really bad and all tires were really bad. i thought i would be ok since inspection sticker was only a month old. how could it pass inspection with completely bald tires. brought it back and bruno said alignment and new tires were done. took it to my mechanic & was advised it couldnt have been done-the bushings are bad, wich means it was impossible to do.i was swindled into paying full price-only to have to ...

Ripoff--dishonest and rude staff--sold me a lemon

I bought a 2004 sonata from them. Paid more then its market value because it looked in a better condition. Now the scam they run is that they don't let u take a test drive and tell u this information only after u have given them a deposit of $500. I actually changed my mind about buying it after i heard about it but then all of a sudden that deposit bacame non-refundable. So i was stuck with buying it. Very Bad Business

The owner / head salesperson, is the worst! He is large, overbearing, and down right mean. He is out for himself and doesn't care about the customer. Even his own employees don't like him. While I was sitting in the office waiting to talk to him, one of his employees was cursing him out behind his back.

I bought a car from this place. I wasn't allowed to test drive it. I noticed that the tires were about to go on the car and that a side view mirror was about to fall off on the car. I had to fight to get them to give me new tires and to fix the side view mirror on the car. After ta...

Never Never Again

Thought I got a great deal. The dealer made the car I was interested in seem flawless, but after a couple of days I realize otherwise. Little things they promised to fix, never got fix when I toke it back during my warranty period. When contacting the dealer they kept coming up with excuses. Stay away or be ready to spend extra money on general thing that should work on a car when purchasing from a dealer.

Regret about day I pressed brake at the Queens Auto mall/stay away !!!

After I made my choice to buy a car I could not take this car for test drive (they packed on mall like pickles in jar)so I could only start engine.
Salesperson convinced us everything was OK about history because they screen by Carfax. I paid deposit of $500 by credit card for the case we need to dispute a charge if anything is wrong.On the next day I discovered by CARFAX & AUTOCHECK reports Auto Mall lied about mileage :we found obvious rollback on odometer of about 17000 miles ! Please stay away

This place is a rip off, I left a $500 deposit for a car, I called the folling day to be told that my loan was NOT approved, and it would only be approved if I left down 3,000 for a 5,000 car, I said fine please fax me over the paper work from the bank... they would not, even though it had my name my social security number on it. I asked to speak to the manager and got the run around all day on the phone, when I searched the company on bbb.org the managers name was totally different from what I was told. basically its only 10/31/2005 a day later and I have no car and they wont give me back my ...
