Horrible!!

This has got to be the WORST shopping experience ever. DO NOT GO THERE. It is pretty obvious that they don't care about the customer whatsoever.
I wanted a bike that wasn't at the store and they called Trek to place the order. One of the salesman (Sean) told me it costs $479 and later who I believe may be the owner said $469. Sean tells me I will have to pay for shipping. When I say, "I have to pay for shipping?????!" the owner says, "She doesn't have to pay for shipping." I ask what the total will be after tax and Sean asks me what the sales rate is. Then he punches...

Highly Reccoment! Bennetts will not take you for a ride...Excellent!

Shopped around for a long time and arrived @Bennetts looking for a mid-high end hybrid.

Cannondale fan and long time rider, their staff explained each variable professionally and intelligently. Simply put, they made it easy to understand the myriad variables that go into pricing a hybrid, features/benefits and tons of important information.

After all that, I picked up a great bike leftover at a great price. It's like riding for the first time again-- carbon in key places, great service, and a more-than-fair deal.

Highly reccomend going to see George and the team at bennetts
