Horrible. Do *not* patronize this store

I bought a floor lamp from this store in August 2008. I was told at the time of purchase that the lead time would be 2-3 weeks. Fast forward 8 months, and still no lamp. The owner of the shop has not responded to numerous phone calls, emails & in-store visits. There was always some excuse. I was refused a refund because my order was "custom". I have not even received an apology.

It's April 2009. And I can kiss my lamp and my money goodbye. But at the very least, I can prevent people from shopping here. Do not give a penny to Access Artisans. You might as well throw your money ...

Access Artisans Refuses to Pay Artists

Many of us have supplied this store with our
handmade pieces ranging from candles, planters, jewelry and pottery. Unfortunatly we have not been paid by this owner for many months.

Collectivly we are owed many thousands of dollars.
