Editorial Review
Chef and owner Zoë Feigenbaum's light-filled restaurant is done in honeyed midcentury modern. The American menu also glances abroad: turkey rillettes, octopus with labne, harissa and olives, stuffed cabbage soup and tongue tacos. Zoe's wine list looks toward old world style wines and is rounded out by a carefully selected list of Apertif and Digestif.
Zoe takes weekend brunch seriously, (as any true New Yorker would) so get there early for the homemade sticky buns and buttermilk biscuits. A great spot for pre-movie oysters and bone-in ribeye steak (Landmark Sunshine Theater is around the corner) or a quiet dinner with friends. Large parties and groups can be seated along the long banquette seating. Zoe is also a great choice for those who like to dine at the bar- Zoe's counter is specifically designed for dining.
