I love the look of everything here, all the furniture seems to be specially designed. The service is informal, but the food is anything but. Preparations are exacting and precise. For example, a plate of oysters was presented in a perfect square, with the oysters pounded flat. A great appetizer! Also the foie gras was super. I particularly like the meat entrees, although the duck breast and ocean trout are also great. But the desserts are what I love most, whether the parsnip cake with coconut cream cheese sorbet, or the milk chocolate-hazelnut parfait, or the lemon curd. Make absolutely cert...
