Located high atop Columbia University's Butler Hall, Terrace In The Sky has been the original Upper West penthouse restaurant for 30 years. Panoramic views of the Manhattan Skyline coupled with cuisine from executive chef Jason Potanovich make Terrace In The Sky a dining experience not to be missed. Executive Chef Jason Potanovich truly wears his trade on his sleeve each day as he toils in the kitchen at Terrace in The Sky. Chef Jason's menus change several times yearly. His signature dishes include Pan roasted Foie Gras, Grilled Tuna, Dover Sole for two along with countless other culinary delights. A tasting menu is also available with the entire table participating. Menu considerations are also taken for Vegetarians and guests with special dietary needs.
