old drink, new fashion

Sleek interior design was what drove my first attention to this amazing tea shop. Its pure and simple decor made me feel like going into a boutique store. It also created a modern personality which I've never imagined seeing in "TEA". Though being a fan of tea for more than 15 years, this is the first time I realize how fun and trendy this traditional drink could be!

Great place to go to after work or after class

I love this place, I don't live in NYC but visit there often and this is the one place I always go to in between business meetings. The tea is great, the quality is superb, and the music is upbeat. Couldn't have asked for a better tea bar, wish they had this in LA where I live.

Calming Teas in a High Strung City Jungle

It can be hard sometimes to live in this city. You're always thinking of your next step, your next move, your next decision. We're always trying to save time, to get time back. I take a step back whenever I come here.

There's something about a nice cup of tea, especially Tavalon tea. The flavor, the intensity, the soothing affect the takes over your body and soul.

I'm a traditionalist and I have fallen in love with their Jasmine Pearl and Genmai Cha Teas. Occasionally I will have an affair with the mix known as the Genius.

Fresh and tasty tea blends

Tavalon will be just like starbucks some day, just give it time. The tea bar has some great herbal and bubble teas, along with white,green,black,etc. I love that you can get most of their specialty drinks how you want them, can add almost anything, have it hot or cold, bubbles or not. Their tea is fresh and they make unique blends with real tea leaves, not like the low quality you get in tea bags or the average coffee shop. Love this place

I love this place for Iced Teas and when the weather gets really warm I plan to come back daily. The staff members are really good at talking about tea.

My New favorite Tea Spot

I stopped into Tavalon 4 months ago, and have been a regular since. This is the only place I can drink bubble tea, and it is now my favorite. I enjoy Tavalon's teas and staff more than most other tea shops in the city. The staff here is super friendly, and they've got a lot of cool merchandise. Try the Genius, it is the best tea I've ever had. Their online store is convenient too.
