Truly Great Japanese Restaurant!

This restaurant was a great time for me and my 3 girlfriends. We decided to eat at Suteishi after noticing its construction and grand opening recently. The place is beautifully decorated, has great views of the Brooklyn Bridge, and is chic and modern but not overly pretentious. Our group ordered lots of little plates (ex: fried tofu salad, mushroom "hot rocks", mixed green salad - all were excellent but be aware that the portions are not generous) and shared two sushi / sashimi platters. Simply amazing!!

This restaurant was worth the long Saturday night lines. The food and service were amazing! I highly recommend Suteishi to anyone around the neighborhood or traveling around there. Top sushi and kitchen chef. The "hot rocks" and New York strip steak were especially delectable and don't get me started about the sushi presentation there. Everything is A++++.
