Editorial Review
This restaurant is now closed, having opened as Brushstrokes (also by David Bouley) in late 2009.

David Bouley's latest property transforms the former Danube Restaurant into a splendid new space that shifts the cuisine from Eastern to Western Europe. The incredibly ambitious bistro menu of Christian Delouvrier ranges from homemade terrines, pâtés and boudins to risotto to roasts and various fish dishes.

Born in Boulogne-Sur-Gesse in Gascony, Christian began his culinary journey in Paris at the Café de la Paix. From there he began traveling and working in some of the world's best kitchens.
