Worst service ever!

I live in NYC, but I travel most of the year, so I took my wife for a 3 day stay in New York City. (Barclay hotel is awesome!) We have been to Paris several times and a croissant and cafe au lait (cafe creme) is what I crave for breakfast when I travel with my bride of 28 years. We were served ice cold cafe au lait and the waitress then walked out the door for a 15 minute smoke and chat with other
employees. I gave up on the croissant and tried to discuss the poor service with the manager. He replied "It is good that we know". Well, it is good that I know now. I will never go back...
