Gallery-Worthy Pizza in Chelsea

The creative environ of Pizza Bar is a colorful, classy pop art festival of curves, swirls and uniquely interpreted materials. Rock stars adorn the booths and video art lights up the banquet lounge. Mick and Keith looked down approvingly on our booth as creative flat bread pizzas arrived at our table.
The French onion/short rib pizza is a surprisingly sweet combination of caramelized onions and tangy bits of bbq short ribs. My favorite choice is the mushroom mascarpone and truffle oil pizza with a rustic earthiness, but without an overpowering flavor of truffle.
