Outback Steakhouse

Although you'll find Outback Steakhouses in shopping malls all over America, this location in the Flatiron District seems to work mostly because of other shopping mall venues right nearby, such as Home Depot, Best Buy, and Olive Garden. While the dark, cavelike interior might work better in a mall, there is no argument that the steaks, in particular the filet mignon, are not at all bad. While you're not getting Sparks, Old Homestead or Michael Jordan-worthy beef or service here, Outback does pack a punch for the dollar.
