Editorial Review
Time was the Mill Restaurant was a Columbia University diner, a real haunt with garish lighting and fry cook who could prepare anything. Anything is possible in New York, and thus a Korean employee of that diner became the owner, and eventually turned it into a Korean restaurant, albeit one featuring the beloved beverages of yesteryear such as the lime rickey. We've sample bimbambop, bulgoki, and other Korean fare all over this city and throughout California, and frankly, the Mill doesn't measure up.
