Go Somewhere Else!

At first I didn't think it was worth the time to post a review of this restaurant, but I figured I'd help out a few fellow consumers.
Manhattan Sky is one of the worst restaurants I've been to. I travelled from Philly to take a client to lunch (how can you go wrong with the Grand Hyatt?), but the service was SO slow (to the point of being non-existent), that we abandoned the restaurant after waiting 25 minutes to have our drink order taken.
Then---the hostess had the audacity to cancel my reservation as we walked out, which deducted 100 points from my OpenTable account.
The Verdict...
