L'Absinthe Brasserie

L'Absinthe is a perfect example of a turn-of-the-century (last century, of course) Parisian brasserie, which is to say cafe/restaurant. Great decor compliments the food like a fine wine--wine, of course, also being available to accompany the fine Contemporary French fare.
