Artful Fare from a Thoughtful Chef

Klee is, in the real sense of the word, a neighborhood brasserie. The crowd is largely local & loyal, and knows Angerer & his cuisine well. In fact, Angerer is a very talented chef who, unlike many of the chefs around town, is actually in the kitchen cooking. And we love him for that.
The food is based on Austrian and central European dishes, but is modern & exuberant. It can be a bit pricey, but the tasting menu is a good value if you really want to explore the depth of the chef's talent.
