A must in dining in Astoria

While Astoria does have a plethora of Greek food to choose from, Himalaya is a welcomed and unique place to eat and hang out. I recently spent three hours with a couple of business partners sampling Himalaya's various teas while we had a business dinner. We're low budget so the cost allowed us to taste various teas, order an app, three dinners, and two desserts--all under $60. Can't beat that! The Himalaya Dumplings are delicious. Everything tastes so fresh and the service is attentive and friendly.

HIMALAYA TEAHOUSE -- FOOD & DRINK FOR BODY & SPIRIT

Just the best place to eat in Astoria! Already need my "momo fix" at least twice a week. Food is absolutely fresh, the teas are delicious and unusual, the place is beautiful with a completely unique and wonderful design. Momos are Tibetan dumplings, and I dig the beef ones -- you bite in and the juices squirt all over the place, the taste is pure heaven, and after each bite you gotta say "aaahhh!" Highly recommend it, price is more than reasonable, you will not regret it.
