Editorial Review
Let's make it clear: this Grand Sichuan is not related to the other Grand Sichuan restaurants in Manhattan. Let's also make it clear: this is the only one in Chinatown, and it also offers Chongqing-style fiery hot pot. While the other Grand Sichuan restaurants offer great specialities from Sichuan, this old-school Sichuan favorite draws you here for the hot pot. And what a great hot pot at affordable prices! Watch the Fu Wah buses to Boston outside the restaurant gather passengers as you dip various meats, vegetables and noodles in the spicy and/or non-spicy broth. A fun group meal can go on for two hours here. Generally you'll find a combination of Chinatown Chinese and tourists alike here.
