Good food spoilt by arrogant staff

I had visited New York twice before my visit at the beginning of May this year, but it was husband's first visit. Having been before I knew that it was better to book restaurants in advance. I found this website and after lots of research, decided to book a table at Felidia.  We arrived about 10 minutes early and had to wait, but were treated very well. It was when our order was taken, that I felt the service suffered. The person who took our order and the wine waiter were both extremely arrogant and imperious. I got the distinct impression that we should have asked for advice on the menu...
