We were thrilled when Dinosaur first opened, expecting everyone from Syracuse to ride down on their Harley-Davidsons. The restaurant imported some local flavor from Upstate, and the result has been a remakable success in west Harlem. With juicy ribs, terrific sandwiches, great sides and a fun bar, the place has been packed since opening. The location near the West Side Highway as well as Fairway Uptown makes it even more convenient. For the big eater, get the full rack, which comes with four side dishes. It's a New York bargain.
