The bright and beautifully designed dining room with open kitchen complements Chef Shea Gallante's wonderful cooking. An extraordinary wine list of over 200 pages gives some sense of the tens of thousands of bottles available at Cru. Gallante, formerly of Bouley, presents dishes in a charming and exacting way that indeed reminds us of his mentor.
