Ciao Bella Cafe

Ciao Bella makes spectacular ice cream and sorbet, unfortunately in a teensy-weensy storefront so small (and frequently so busy) that you are out the door as soon as you've paid. While SoHo is a charming place, we would love Ciao Bella even more if there was a bit of breathing room to contemplate the difficult decision of which flavors to choose! On the other hand, hanging around on Mott Street greedily devouring your Ciao Bella pruchases is a time-honored summer tradition. Secret tips: Try two samples before ordering anything—life is too short not to try many flavors! And buy a hand-packed pint to take home; it's a great value.
