Wow - I dont think I have eaten so much meat in one sitting in my entire life.
The restaurant is basically buffet style for salads and seafood dishes with meat served at the table.
When you arrive, a disc (like a drinks coaster) is placed at each individual table setting. You help yourself to the salad bar and when you are ready you flip the disk over. At this point, servers will arrive with joints of meat and a large carving knife and you get to pick the cuts of meat you like.
The restaurant isnt cheap - around $50 for a set menu, however this doesnt include drinks or desserts. Dinn...
