Editorial Review
French cafe and bar in Greenwich Village that skews literary, with books propping up pictures and a bar that makes any conversation open to adjacent stools. Their burger is one of the best in the borough, with a bun that's sleek and soft, cheese that adheres to the meat and not the bun, and a slightly larger version of pomme frites than one generally expects at French joints. The waitstaff are charming and eager to please, and the bartenders are some of the best in the area.
