Editorial Review
After winning Iron Chef, Nicolas Cantrel set his sights on conquering the Meatpacking District, first with Bistro Bagatelle, and now with its replacement, the modern French brasserie Beaumarchais. The kitchen churns out Cantrel's signature dishes like warm asparagus salad, tuna tartare, gambas au Pastis, truffle herbs roasted organic chicken, and wild striped bass in couscous. Beauchmarchais also offers an extensive wine list to go along with it's fine French cuisine.
