After establishing Blue Ribbon Sushi (Manhattan) as one of the premier sushi restaurants in Manhattan, Toshi Ueki and his excellent staff of sushi chefs branched out to a larger space at 278 5th Avenue in Brooklyn in 2003. Just next door to Blue Ribbon (Brooklyn), this fifth endeavor of the Blue Ribbon Team features many of the same favorites that are featured at Blue Ribbon Sushi (Manhattan), with many twists and turns inspired by the stunning decor.
