Blue Ribbon Brooklyn

In 2001, the Blue Ribbon Team focused their attention across the East River from the island of Manhattan to where many of them actually lived, the burgeoning enclave of Park Slope, Brooklyn. Here, the Bromberg Brothers combined signature dishes from Blue Ribbon (Manhattan), their original Blue Ribbon Restaurant, and Blue Ribbon Bakery, with some new "Brooklyn inspirations" to create a truly unique, but 100% Blue Ribbon Restaurants, dining establishment. The restaurant features a large Oyster Bar and a dinning room always bustling with Brooklyn's Park Slope energy.
